Who we are

What information this site collects

This site does not use a server-side contact form and does not store any personal data you submit. When you use the Contact page, your device opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. That message is sent directly from your email account to ours — JLBConsultants never receives, stores or processes it through this website.

Beyond that, this site collects only limited, non-identifying technical information through website analytics (see below).

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall visitor traffic, such as the number of visits and which pages are viewed. This tool does not use cookies and does not track visitors individually across sites. No personal data is collected through analytics, and no consent banner is required as a result.

How we use the email you send us

If you email us, whether through the Contact page or directly, we use your contact details and message content only to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, or, if we begin working together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Belgian legal and tax retention rules.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) if you believe your data has been mishandled

Hosting and security

This site is hosted on infrastructure designed with security and reliability in mind, served over HTTPS. Because no personal data is collected or stored by the site itself, there is no database of visitor information to secure or breach.
